1. Services

• We offer Website Development, Branding, Affiliate Marketing, PR Works, Video & Photography, and digital marketing services including; search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media management, content marketing, and web development.
• Services will be provided in accordance with the specific proposal or agreement made between us and the Client.

2. Client Responsibilities

• The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform the Services.
• The Client is responsible for ensuring that all content provided to us does not infringe upon any third-party rights or violate any laws.
• The Client must adhere to agreed timelines and deliverables as specified in the project proposal or agreement.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment for Services will be made according to the terms specified in the proposal or agreement.
• Invoices are due within the days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the proposal or agreement.
• We reserve the right to suspend Services if payment is not made in a timely manner.

4. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep confidential any information deemed confidential by the other party.
• Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available or independently developed by the receiving party.

5. Intellectual Property

• The Client retains ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property used in the project.
• Any new intellectual property created by us during the provision of Services will be owned by ArtUs Brand, otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
• Our total liability for any claim related to our Services will be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the Services.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement within the days’ mentioned in the agreement.
• Upon termination, the Client will pay for any Services performed up to the date of termination.

8. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or notifying the Client.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through legal Procedures.
